Emmanuel “Emmy” Pacheco is a technology sales leader at Salesforce with 28 years in enterprise sales, a keynote speaker and a sales leadership coach. He created the Cube Method, a Rubik’s Cube masterclass on solving hard problems that has reached more than 43,000 people, and the Assume The Deal sales coaching program.

Emmanuel “Emmy” Pacheco has spent 28 years helping enterprises buy, build and grow with technology. He is Regional Vice President, Marketing Cloud Specialists for the US and Canada at Salesforce, and previously led teams at Google Cloud and SAS, earning President’s Club recognition several times along the way.
Emmy studied philosophy and psychology at the University of Toronto and has always been fascinated by how people think, decide and solve problems. That curiosity led to the Cube Method: a hands-on masterclass that uses the Rubik’s Cube to teach leaders how to break hard problems into pieces and solve them layer by layer. It has reached more than 43,000 people. He founded the 13,800-member Google Cube Club, is part of a Guinness World Record with the Googler Orchestra, and moderated Ernő Rubik’s Talks at Google celebrating 50 years of the Cube.
Today he coaches sales leaders one-on-one and trains teams through Assume The Deal, his enterprise sales playbook and Sales Ninja certification.
